The service used for the control of roaches will vary on the types of roach being dealt with. ARROW PEST CONTROL not only stops the roaches, but will help identify why they are there to begin with and what can be done to prevent future infestations. |
| German Roaches are what are referred to as the "kitchen roach" or "restaurant roach". It has the ability to breed easily indoors, usually near a food and water source but soon can take over a home. |
| Smokey Brown Roaches are the most common outdoor roach that finds it's way inside. Often referred to as "water bugs". It is a uniform dark brown color growing to around an inch in length. This roach has a starchy diet, so such things as paper bags or fire wood stored inside can be inviting to them, especially if at one time these items had ever gotten wet. Identifying the source and treating appropriately along with creating a barrier keeping outdoor populations out will solve the problems. |
| American Roaches are the largest roach in North Texas. Reddish brown in color with a distinct design behind it's head. It can grow longer than an inch and will be found in the same environment as Smokey Brown Roaches. Once again treating the source is the cure and keeping up a barrier to prevent future invasions is needed to keep these guys out of sight. These roaches are also referred to as "Water bugs" and many times when their nymphs are found in numbers, they may indicate there is a water problem that will need to be addressed. |
